Pursuant to Malacca Bar Circular No. 14 of 2018, we had informed members that the Bar Council has given instructions to the Malacca Bar Committee to sell the Old State Bar Building (“Old Building”). However there are a number of furniture items and cabinets (“the items”) currently at the Old Building as per the Inventory List attached below which have to be disposed off on a “as is where is basis”.
