Ms. Naziatul Azida, who joined the Malacca Bar as the Executive Secretary on 13 March 2022, has tendered her notice of resignation effective 31 December 2022 via a letter dated 31 October 2022. The Malacca Bar is grateful and thankful for all that she has done for us since March 2022.
To ensure a smooth transition and continuity of service, the Malacca Bar Committee is seeking a suitable replacement to take up the role as Executive Secretary to the Malacca Bar. Candidates should possess the following criteria:-
- At least five years of experience in administrative work.
- Able to operate and use computers.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work effectively and professionally with members of the Bar, government departments, private institutions and members of the public.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbally and in writing. Must possess the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must have the ability to maintain an accurate and complete filing system and accounts. Knowledge of internet banking and its procedures will be a factor to be considered.
