  Malaysia Case Law

The Malayan Law Journal from 1932, includes cases from Singapore prior to full independence in 1965, as well as from the Straits Settlements, Federated Malay States, Malayan Union and Federation of Malaysia.  The Malayan Law Journal currently reports judgments of the Malaysian Federal Court, Court of Appeal and High Courts; the Brunei Court of Appeal and High Court, and appeals from Brunei to the Privy Council.

  Singapore Case Law

Contains the full texts of the Singapore Law Reports from 1965, and unreported judgments from the Supreme Court of Singapore and Subordinate Courts of Singapore and decisions of Singapore Tribunals, Boards and Committees.

  The Heritage Law Reports

The Heritage Law Reports (1808-1980) are a unique collection of early law reports of Malaya and Singapore compiled specially for the Legal Workbench. They consist of Kyshe's Reports (covering cases decided between 1808 and 1939), the Straits Law Journal (1839-1891), the Straits Settlements Law Reports (1867-1942), Malayan Cases (1904-1980), the Federated Malay States Law Reports (1912-1941), the Johore Law Reports (1916-1940), Malayan Union Law Reports (1946-1947), Singapore Law Reports (1948-1956) and the Malayan Law Reports (1949-1954).

  Law Reports from 1865

Published since 1865, when the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting for England and Wales was established, the Law Reports is the most authoritative series of published reports of judgements by the English courts, which constitute binding precedents in English law.  The database incorporate all earlier divisions of the Law Reports and the four modern ones – the Court of Appeal, Chancery, Family and Queen’s Bench Divisions.

  Weekly Law Reports from 1953

The Weekly Law Reports covers substantially more cases in more English courts than any other series of law reports.  The reports are recorded by the largest number of reporters who are actually present in court proceedings and cases are reported faster than in any other series.  Volumes 1, 2 and 3 of the Weekly Law Reports comprise authoritative reports of cases heard in the superior and appellate courts that influence the application and development of the law in England and Wales.
